“STOP WATCH and don’t move…

… until “I” get there!”

I have spent my life [sadly] holding onto the “spoils” or rummage from my personal battles and/or running ahead of God with my lame attempts in making an educated guess for success in meeting His plan & leaping to supposed victory using my strategies over the trials~ instead of His.  And when I have fallen down, I cry… “It was all for You Lord”.

Well my friends, I have grown painfully weary from the war!

Several months ago, as I sat [or rather laid on the altar in prayer], a miraculous post [A “sit in”…] happened, which highlighted my desperate attempt to have the wrongs in my life… Right. Included in this particular post was “I’m not leaving here Lord, until I get a miracle.” And His response…

“STOP WATCH what I’m going to do!”
and as time passed…
“Listen!”

And I didn’t leave that day [and every day since],… without a miracle!

For today as I awoke, even before my eyes were clear to see, I received…

“STOP WATCH and don’t move until I get there!”

Love, Jesus

This is all I got folks.  So even if all may scatter, if you want to find me, I’ll be standing “Right here”.

Ask me about “my cross”…

Would you be King?

Posted on January 28, 2011 by jams4JESUS
Excerpt…

Would you be King… Saul?  Have you kept the spoils of others?  Have you gone ahead of God with your solutions and then pled mercy with your excuses?  Have you chose to ignore the Word of the Lord, for your own words of choice?  Could there be votes from the jury of your peers, never counted?  “Oh, but we could… greater things we could do”

So… King Saul?

I know something about being king and serving my own kingdom…  I too have gotten ahead of my Lord.  I have taken the role of lead counsel for my case.  “Oh but we could… greater things we could do”

Oh my God, I did not see the warnings from my spirit until it was “too late”.  “Have I traded my birthright in You for a bowl of soup for my children?  Oh my God, say it’s not so!”  I did not think this to be true, but perhaps an enemy, adorned in deceit, had ensnared my ethics.  I am so tired of doing it wrong and then pleading with You to make it right.  My heart speaks “Please O Lord make me do it right the first time”.  I cry Jesus…

Oh my God, we are such an adulterous people… We have left the One we Love.  Traded for another…  We are but selfish children demanding our own wants be met… with Your good graces.  Lord God, how can You stand to look upon us?  Jesus, how could You bare to walk among us?  Holy Spirit, why have You not turned a deaf ear and mute tongue toward us?

Oh my God, I pray mercy and Your good Grace as I lay across Your alter, before Your court…  “Holy Spirit, will You plead my case?  Jesus, may I have Your Appeal?  God, may I have a ‘rehearing’?”

And as a revelation returned to me, I heard a great Word…

“Get on your face before Me, and tell Me who it is… you love!”

There is Good News for us.   What we have, and what King Saul [or Esau] could only dream of, is GRACE… Immanuel, He who walks with us.  “May we return to the Love of our youth (‘Our God’)!  Train us up, O Lord, in the way we should go.  Create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit, that when the enemy makes an appearing, we will not depart from You.”  …First Love

“Get on your face before Me, and tell Me who it is… you love!”

And I cry…  “KING JESUS“!

&

A “sit in”…

&

From “wait”…

  • 1 Samuel 10:8 You shall go down before me to Gilgal; and surely I will come down to you to offer burnt offerings and make sacrifices of peace offerings. Seven days you shall wait, till I come to you and show you what you should do.”
  • 1 Samuel 13:8Then he waited seven days, according to the time set by Samuel. But Samuel did not come to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him.

    2 Samuel 13…
    Saul’s Unlawful Sacrifice

… As for Saul, he was still in Gilgal, and all the people followed him trembling. 8 Then he waited seven days, according to the time set by Samuel. But Samuel did not come to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him. 9 So Saul said, “Bring a burnt offering and peace offerings here to me.” And he offered the burnt offering. 10 Now it happened, as soon as he had finished presenting the burnt offering, that Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might greet him.

11 And Samuel said, “What have you done?”

Saul said, “When I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that you did not come within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered together at Michmash, 12 then I said, ‘The Philistines will now come down on me at Gilgal, and I have not made supplication to the Lord.’ Therefore I felt compelled, and offered a burnt offering.”

13 And Samuel said to Saul, “You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of the Lord your God, which He commanded you. For now the Lord would have established your kingdom over Israel forever. 14 But now your kingdom shall not continue. The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the Lord has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you.”

  • 1 Samuel 14:9 If they say thus to us, ‘Wait until we come to you,’ then we will stand still in our place and not go up to them.
  • 1 Samuel 15:5 And Saul came to a city of Amalek, and lay in wait in the valley.
  • 2 Samuel 15:28 See, I will wait in the plains of the wilderness until word comes from you to inform me.”
  • Job 14:13-15

13 “Oh, that You would hide me in the grave, That You would conceal me until Your wrath is past, That You would appoint me a set time, and remember me! 14 If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, Till my change comes. 15 You shall call, and I will answer You; You shall desire the work of Your hands.
