Phish Out of Water

“Oh my God, am I doing it all wrong?”

“I asked You to ‘save me’, and You do so gracefully.  I asked You to rescue me, and You scoop me up in the palm of Your hand.  I asked You for joy, and now I laugh out loud through tears.  I asked You for peace, and You gave me Your Word.

So for today LORD, PLEASE… I am asking for Life, because this can’t be it.  I must be doing something wrong, because my life feels like death.  Father, I just want to come Home, and this isn’t it!

Oh my God, am I back to “save me”?  It appears as though I am a
phish out of water.”

THANK YOU LORD… for Everything!

Dear Julie, your honesty of heart is so very, very refreshing, God never gives up on His beloved Children, He knows our weaknesses and our shortcomings and He knows the trials we will encounter in Life, including when we feel there must be so much more but how wonderful it is that you are not satisfied with the ordinary fleshy focus that many have, Jesus can’t fill a full vessel . God bless your greatly Julie and satisfy your thirsty soul, He is The Living water.

THANK YOU LORD FOR FREEDOMBORN! And Anne, I am absolutely blessed by your BEAUTIFUL words. I especially loved your guidance and wise counsel. “Jesus can’t fill a full vessel”… was an enormous blessing to me as WELL and served to be a healthy helping of encouragement and Living Water to this drought I am in.

Several times in my past, while in worship, I have heard the Lord speak to me an offering… “Will you drink the cup I have prepared for you?” And as quickly as my heart responds with “YES LORD!”, I see a cup poured over me and I cry out loud “MORE, MORE, MORE… “. Not that I am unfulfilled, but I just can’t get enough of HIM.

Thank you again Anne for the reminder of His awesome love, grace, mercy & LIVING WATER flowing toward us. And may the LORD BLESS YOU ALSO~ WITH TIMES OF REFRESHING~ & REFESHING ABUNDANTLY!!!
In Christ always… I pray it so! julie
